Chef and restaurant Luke Mangan took dining to new heights on Wednesday October 11 on Sydney Harbour Bridge's first ever pop-up restaurant. 134 metres above sea level, two guests enjoy a unique view and experience, as well as a bite-sized, fine dining menu featuring kingfish sashimi, organic egg crab omelette, and lamingtons.
