RECIPE: Stokehouse St Kilda's truffle martini
In celebration of truffle season, Stokehouse St Kilda's bar manager, Cornelis Ribbe, shares with foodservice his recipe for a truffle martini.
STOKEHOUSE ST KILDA'S TRUFFLE MARTINI
30 ml Johnnie Walker Blenders’ Batch espresso roast
20 ml Nonina Amoro digestif liqueur
10 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
40 ml Fresh espresso
10 ml Truffle and vanilla sugar syrup
Truffle chocolate clusters
Combine all of the ingredients in cocktail shaker (except for the truffled chocolate clusters). Dry shake the mixture with no ice and pour into a large coupe glass. Garnish with truffle chocolate clusters and serve.
