RECIPE: Spring cocktail - lychee ginger rose high ball
Ginger beer maker, Buderim Ginger, is celebrating the change of seasons with a refreshing, spring cocktail - lychee ginger rose high ball.
LYCHEE GINGER ROSE HIGH BALL
45 ml gin
15 ml lychee liqueur
7.5 ml rose syrup
15 ml lime juice
Buderim ginger beer
Sprig of mint
1 wedge of orange
- In a mixing glass, muddle the lychees before adding the gin, lychee liqueur, rose syrup, lime juice and ginger beer, and stirring well.
- Pour the cocktail mixture into a high ball glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of orange, and serve immediately.
