RECIPE: Spring cocktail - lychee ginger rose high ball

Ginger beer maker, Buderim Ginger, is celebrating the change of seasons with a refreshing, spring cocktail - lychee ginger rose high ball.

LYCHEE GINGER ROSE HIGH BALL
Serves 1

4 lychees
45 ml gin
15 ml lychee liqueur
7.5 ml rose syrup
15 ml lime juice
Buderim ginger beer
Sprig of mint
1 wedge of orange

METHOD 

  • In a mixing glass, muddle the lychees before adding the gin, lychee liqueur, rose syrup, lime juice and ginger beer, and stirring well.
  • Pour the cocktail mixture into a high ball glass over crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of orange, and serve immediately.
