RECIPE: Dan Wyllie's 'Corpse Reviver #3' cocktail

DAN WYLLIE'S 'CORPSE REVIVER #3' COCKTAIL

30 ml Brookie's Byron Bay dry gin
20 ml Lillet Blanc Aperitif
20 ml Cointreau
20 ml lemon juice
30 ml fennel juice
Dash of sugar syrup
Egg white
Absinthe spray
Ice

Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well to fluff up the egg white then add the ice and shake again. Double strain the ingredients into large coupe. Serve immediately.
