Luv-a-Duck releases new moisture-infused duck breast

Australian duck grower and producer, Luv-a-Duck, is set to launch their new range of moisture-infused duck breast on Monday October 30.

The moisture-infused duck breast have been designed for high-volume kitchens and with foodservice professionals in mind.

Each Luv-a-Duck duck breast weighs 260 to 280 grams, keeping preparation time to a minimum.

Luv-a-Duck was founded in 1968 by Arthur Shoppee in Victoria’s Wimmera region where the company continues to grow and produce their ducks.

Their moisture-infused duck breast protects against dryness when cooking, thus ensuring consistency, tenderness and flavour.
