Goodman Fielder launches new cooking chocolate range

Goodman Fielder Food Service has launched its new chocolate brand, Cacao Ivory. With both compound and chocolate included in the range, as well as chips and buttons, the wide array of formulations helps chefs and bakers concentrate on what matters: producing the great flavours. The ingredients are carefully sourced from around the world and the range is made using state-of-the-art technologies.

Products include white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chcolate with varying cacao levels, from 21 per cent to 58 per cent.
