Golden tennis couple become deli meat ambassadors
Lleyton and Bec Hewitt have been named as the new ambassadors for Hans Oliving deli meats.
Top Australian tennis star Lleyton Hewitt and his wife Bec have been announced as the new ambassadors for Hans Oliving, a new range of deli meats produced using olive oil from Greece.
The decision to appoint the pair as ambassadors was driven by the company's desire to position the new meat range as a top choice for families. The olive oil-infused meats are viewed as a healthier alternative to other deli meats, using less animal fats.
As part of the ambassadorship, Bec is developing recipes to promote the range, which includes salami, ham, bacon, chorizo and kransky varieties and is available in selected Coles, Woolworths and IGA.
Th products are produced by Hans Continental Smallgoods in partnership with Creta Farms (a Greek-based company). The former has been operating within Australia for 50 years and has grown into a reputable meat brand both nationally and internationally.
