TAFE has always in one form or another been the backbone of the foodservice sector and in recognition of a need to keep up with the ever-evolving sector invited Sydney TAFE alumni Mark Jensen, executive chef from Red Lantern (Crown and Riley) to run a masterclass for its hospitality students.

Held at the stylish training restaurant The Apprentice, we see how the students get the chance to run a dinner for 70 guests and learn form one of Sydney's leading chefs.
