Food lovers from Sydney and beyond gathered at Caffe Sicilia during November for a series of exclusive dinners by Three Michelin star European chef Heinz Beck.

Somewhat of a godfather of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, recipient of countless accolades and author of best-selling cookbooks, Beck worked with the Caffe Sicilia team to create an unforgettable Sicilian inspired 8-course menu.

He took some time out during his visit to film a ‘how to’ of one of his signature dishes - Sedanini pasta with red shrimps, smoked aubergine coulis and croutons.

The dish is now available at Caffe Sicilia as part of the Legacy Dish degustation.
