Award-winning chef and restaurateur Teage Ezard has been engaged by facility management and catering company Spotless as its consultant chef and culinary advisor across its Spotless, Epicure and Alliance Catering brands.
Ezard is recognised as one of the country’s leading chef-restaurateurs, whose trademark ‘Australian freestyle’ food is championed in his Melbourne establishments ezard and Gingerboy. His Sydney restaurant BLACK by ezard presents classically inspired food styles influenced by the great American grills as well as contemporary Europe.
“Spotless has a great future view and prefers taking a different approach,” Ezard said.
“This and their pursuit for excellence is what attracted me to this opportunity.
“We’ve worked hard with the executive chefs at Spotless to adopt the best approach to ensure the integrity of our food philosophy is kept.
“The key is in planning, recipe writing and testing, sourcing the best quality produce and tapping into the Ezard-trained chefs who will work alongside the chefs of Spotless to provide the excellence we want to achieve with every single event.”
Alliance Catering serves business, industry and education personnel for over 500 businesses across Australia and New Zealand with food that is fresh, tasty and great value for money.
