Fine Food Australia announces new Lions' Den for start-ups
Industry trade exhibition, Fine Food Australia, returns next month with what promises to be its biggest show. And as part of this year's line up is an event dedicated purely to start-ups and new businesses, the inaugural Lions' Den.
Held at Fine Food Australia’s Talking Food Stage and hosted by Adam Moore, executive chef of Cerebos, Lions’ Den offers participants to pitch their ideas to a panel of industry experts and to receive meaningful feedback.
Entries of all kinds are encouraged to enter.
The Lions providing insight and business savvy are Sissel Rosengren (Food Industry Foresight), Scott Stuckmann (Nestlé Professional), Yezdi Daruwalla (Unilever Food Solutions), and Dr Mirjana Prica (Food Innovation Australia Limited).
They will also choose a winning pitch which will be entered into the FSAA Understanding Foodservice program - a two-day program dedicated to analysing and deconstructing trends, dynamics, and other business elements of the food industry.
Event director Minnie Constan says, "The Lions’ Den is a great example of the platform that Fine Food Australia creates for those in the industry.

Details to include are your business name, the product or concept you’d like to pitch, and a short paragraph explaining why you deserve a spot in the Den.
