We need your burgers, pizzas, breakfast rolls and fish & chips for this years' contest.
Food service isn't all about fine dining and fancy food – sometimes the simple classics are where it's at. Who makes a brilliant burger? Where to go for Australia's perfect pizzas? Which joint is serving flipping good fish and chips or a breathtaking breakfast roll?
We want to know, and you need to tell us!
Dish of the Year 2016 is here and open to entries from anyone who thinks they are serving or know of a nation-topping dish that falls into one of our four categories:
Best fish & chips
Best breakfast roll
Winners from last year include Mary's Burger – a meat-and-patty master – while a third generation pizzaiolo won glory with his classic napoletana at Via Napoli. You can read more on last year's winners to gain some inspiration for 2016, which is open to all!
